Since 2023, Coach Cruz has led the strength & conditioning program at Doral Academy — building a culture of discipline, accountability, and competition. The weight on the bar was never the point. It’s what athletes build underneath it: the confidence, the adversity overcome, the belief in themselves. That’s what lasts.
